We collect account details (name, email, company), usage data from the OMREE app, and lead/property data you import or generate through map searches, AI outreach and pipeline activity. Payment details are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider and are never stored on OMREE servers.
Your data powers property search, equity scoring, AI SMS qualification, direct mail automation and pipeline analytics. We use aggregate, de-identified data to improve scoring models and outreach performance. We never sell your personal data or your lead lists to third parties.
Off-market property and owner records are sourced from licensed data providers and public records. This data is provided for lawful, compliant real estate marketing purposes only, and you are responsible for honoring TCPA, DNC and state outreach regulations when contacting owners.
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS) and sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. API keys for integrations such as Twilio and Lob are stored encrypted and can be rotated or revoked at any time from Analytics & Settings.
You may export or delete your workspace data at any time by contacting privacy@omreepro.com. Account deletion removes your leads, campaigns and integrations within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
