OMREE provides software for off-market property discovery, equity and distress scoring, AI-assisted SMS qualification, direct mail automation and pipeline management. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled.
New workspaces start with a 7-day free trial that requires a valid credit card at signup. $0 is charged on day one; on day 8 your selected plan automatically renews at the rate shown at checkout unless you cancel first. Trials are limited to 50 property lead views and exclude bulk CSV exports and automated direct mail dispatch. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; annual plans are refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days.
You agree to use OMREE's outreach tools in compliance with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state mini-TCPA statutes and Do-Not-Call registries. You are solely responsible for the content of AI-drafted messages you approve and send. Scraping, reselling platform data, or misrepresenting your identity to property owners is prohibited.
Property valuations, equity estimates and motivation scores are statistical estimates from licensed data feeds and public records. They are provided 'as is' and are not appraisals, legal advice, or a guarantee of deal outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMREE's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost deals, or indirect damages.
